AD SALES MANAGER

LIVID Magazine is a rapidly growing lifestyle magazine with a global audience. We are currently seeking an Ad Sales Manager to lead our advertising sales efforts in the UK and US markets. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in ad sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the UK and US markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential advertisers
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through prospecting and cold calling
  • Negotiate and close advertising deals with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling ad campaigns that meet client objectives
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay current on trends and market conditions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising sales, preferably in the UK and US markets
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Description

Interview people and turn their interviews into compelling stories for our readers. Develop strong editing and proofreading skills and the ability to multitask at once. You will be assigned stories from an editor and given a deadline by which to complete them. There will be some limited travel required for an assignment or cover a photo shoot, press conference, red carpet event, or arrange a phone interview with sources. Journalists need to be able to work independently when needed but within the realm of the vision of the magazine.

Responsibilities

Overall, editorial interns must follow and adhere to deadlines, pitch story ideas to their editor, cultivate sources, fact-check their articles, and adhere to the magazine style guide. Editorial interns have more time to cultivate a story than journalists in daily publication newsrooms, so they must be able to pull together various sources for their stories. They have strong communication skills and are willing to do what it takes to secure sources and original angles for their story.

Description

Fashion is always changing one season it can be in and the next it will be out. However, trends have a way of repeating itself but are redefined with a new purpose. Within the fashion internship, you will research fashion databases, and engage our readers in social and physical projects to develop a clear understanding of personal styles within the culture. Will work closely with Editors for editorial shoots and concept development.

Responsibilities

Topics will be given to writing creative posts weekly. Networking and Maintaining relationships with other fashion bloggers. Styling outfit posts, DIY projects, Fashion Forecasting. Engage in and monitor our social profiling and tagging on sites such as Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook & Twitter. Cover fashion shows, trade shows, and events for articles. Help administer contests and giveaways.

Requirements

Ideally, you have your blog! Must know how to use a camera and Photoshop. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong interest and eye for fashion, especially as it relates to online media & communities, and social platforms.
